Cancellation/Refund Policy
Plans might change, yes! We understand.
Our team pre-reserves a lot of things before the final bookings are confirmed, for you to cancel means for us to serve our partners on their cancellation terms. That's why we have kept things flexible.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking with Ashram on Wheels Collective, the following cancellation fees and refund values apply based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

45 days or more prior to departure: We retain a 5% processing fee. You are eligible for a 95% refund.

30 to 44 days prior to departure: We retain 25% of the booking cost. You are eligible for a 75% refund.

15 to 29 days prior to departure: We retain 50% of the booking cost. You are eligible for a 50% refund.

8 to 14 days prior to departure: We retain 75% of the booking cost. You are eligible for a 25% refund.

7 days or fewer prior to departure: We retain 100% of the booking cost. No refund will be issued.
The refunds on cancellations will be processed in 10-15 working days.
